Your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Handmade items may have slight variations in appearance due to their nature, which should not be considered a defect or reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with the return, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
Refund Process Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges for our handmade items. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
